Well actually "Bit Pox" on my puck. After close inspection tiny little pox marks. I guess resurfacing soon (Sanding) and adjustement in the system config as needed. Anybody sand or replace you puck?

It takes a long time before you will have to resurface the puck! Mine is over 1 1/2 years old and is still fine.

You may want to slow down the approach speed for setting the user Z zero

^ THIS ^ Drop it to about 25% of it's default setting, use the manual Z jog to get the bit in proximity of the puck, and then initiate a much slower auto-Z-set. It moves much slower and reacts before it dimples the puck. It changed my life (hee hee)
