Very nice, I have plenty of projects where I have little mistakes, that's why I use the job sheet feature to keep my head straight. Is that insulation foam or one of the urethane foams you specify the pound weight for density?

Is that insulation foam or one of the urethane foams you specify the pound weight for density? It's a 15lb HDU (High Density Urethane foam board - Duna brand) 1.5" thick. I use the job sheet too but hadn't setup a separate tool in VCarve for the extended end mill...that's a good idea.

I cutout all my 1 1/2" wood signs with a standard 1/4" upcut endmill. It's now a part of the procedure to make darn sure that bit is sticking out a little more then 1 1/2" from the spindle. You know the reason why this became a ritual.

that is cool looking nice job. all of us usually make those mistakes and learn the hard way, at least you didn't break anything!
