That looks fantastic. I assume that all the curves are laminations, cut on the CNC.

I used the CNC to cut the profile. Once the structure is put together I then use bendy plywood as the outside skin.

1/8" Baltic Birch plywood works well to conform to radius bends and also can be layered with glue to achieve a thicker skin.
