This one also has walnut hinges (larger hinge). A friend is also a huge Razorbacks fan.   |

Are you using the CNC to mill those hinges?

0.0625" (1/16") to mill. Tried tape & glue for a hold down, but not enough surface area on each hinge. Even with very light cuts, about 1/2 popped off. I'm down to using one thick tab on the flat. Make your hinge so the center of the hole is on the center line of the lid/box. Single Hinge 075.crv (10.5 KB) This the crv for a single hinge. I use 0.125 brass rod. No toolpath, file too big. |
