I'm not sure this is the right area for this post. So, I apologize id it is not.
I have an AR6 Pro (not Pro+) and was wondering if there is a conversion update available for the controller box to support the 4th axis offered by Axiom.
Any help would be appreciated.

Bob,
We have requested a few short wire harnesses that we had proto-typed to test out an upgrade option for these units.
So far I have not received these and we aware waiting for word about an ETA on them.
Long story short, do not sell your machine for an upgraded model yet...we are working to get you an option that will save you some money and headaches.

Just checking in as if there are any updates. I would like to know if I can add the 4th axis on an AR6 PRO purchased in September, 2016.
Thanks, Bob

No changes recently.
Upgrades are supported only for machines that feature the unused connector found on the rear of the machine. This feature began appearing in machine manufactured in April 2016.
While, the early machines did not feature this connection and would not support an upgrade....any machine that does have this unused connection should support an upgrade just fine.
Upgrades include rewiring of the control box, and swapping out of the older RichAuto A11 control for a more modern B18 controller.
For customers with an older A11 controller Pro series machine...with that connection: If interested in upgrading, it would be best to contact us to discuss/verify that your machine will support everything. Then you would need to safely box up the white control box, cables and working A11 controller...and ship this all back to our support team.
The white control box will be updated and rewired, the A11 controller will be turned in for credit and replaced with the B18 version.
Cost for this upgrade is $999.00 plus the cost of shipping.
*If a working A11 controller is not available, a small increase to the upgrade cost may apply*. *Upgrades do not include the 4th Axis Rotary kit which retails for an additional $999.00.

That is the correct connection....Its through this port that the 4th axis would connect to the machine.
If you have a Pro+ machine, there is nothing else to purchase except for the 4th-axis kit itself.
*The only machines that would need to an upgrade are the older Pro machines...that predate the release of the Pro+.

I did not get a folder when I selected the Axiom_HHC_4th down load on the axiomprecision.com/post page. When I went to save the download all it showed was a HTML file.

Yes I left clicked on down load. But I finally did go around I down loaded the file with my Ipad and emailed to myself. I now have the PP file and copied it to Aspire. Right now I have my first job up and working on My AXiom Pro and it is looking great. YEAH! I will post a picture tomorrow.
