I purchased one of those Sharks and had nothing but trouble with it. The motor wires caught on fire during a simple job, the controller main board went bad and lastly it decided not to operate properly when I was trying to sell it. That's bad enough but service was especially bad. Even to the extent that I sent the controller in for repair and they sent it back still not working. I spent a fair amount for it in the first place, upgraded to better parts and it still couldn't perform. I've thought about trying to convert it to another controller system and see if that works. But, for now I'm too busy with my Axiom and other things.
