A few State Park Signs and one sign for a friend that had super special meaning. The material started out as 2" x 18" x 15Ft long Poplar that was estimated at over 100 years old. A board that was in this guys family. The board was cupped by 1/2" so I used my 1 1/2" bit and commenced to removing material from both sides until I got a nice 1 1/2" thickness. I created the Cardinal sign by looking at existing older signs and eventually came up with this product. I have another one to make this week after they received the first one.

Dude that is VERY cool, mind sharing how you got that textured in the background!? That thing came out awesome!
