Made a sign as a thank you to a couple friends of mine. It is about 24x12in and turned out great.
Her business has something to do with leaves and I bet she is going to like it ;-)
Glued up a couple Padauk boards and rough cut:
Cutting out letters and final cut after routing letter pockets:
Letters glued in and cutting dish profile matching background into top of the letters and finished sign :-)
