Interested if anyone has designed a nice ER20 collet and nut holder with legend for each collet. I have a set of 15 different collets but would be interested in a design that incorporates holders for multiples of each. I have a couple that folks have posted in STL but those are royal pain to work with at times.

I haven't done it because I don't own more then 4 collets, but it should be easy to do in VCarve. I made a board to hold all of my bits, with room to expand. I use a dyno? labeler.

redwood, thank you for responding. I'm in the middle of renovation work on my shop and will most likely wind up making one that will mount on the wall.

ER20 collets are an industry standard so you can get off the shelf holders and a reasonable search should find you some that are homemade as well.

 Here is the bit and collet nut holder I made for the top drawer of my toolbox. Works great. I get my collets and nuts from Amazon. Cheap. |
