Setting Zero for Z-axis

I am new to the Axiom pro 8 machine. I am having trouble with the z-axis zero. I am using the puck to do a tool set.put the z-axis zero is then -25.4 mm. is there a setting to set the puck thickness in the machine using the rich tool controller?

I figured it out. The CAD Thickness was set to zero. I reset it to 25.0 mm (the thickness of the puck) and now everything is OK.
