Has anyone had issues when doing the vcarve tool paths and using a larger clear out tool; that the clear out tool and v-bit are not the same height? I have switched over to use a flat tipped engraving bit but still had the same issue, redid the tool height with the puck and now the v-bit is deeper then the floor. I just want to be able to put the tools in and get a matching floor height on the clear out tool and the v-bit. P.S. Sorry for the bad picture, I thought I had a better one on the phone. Yes, I have that same problem, but only when my Z stepper is making a clicking noise.

Mine has been making that clicking noise since the day I got it. I guess I will have to talk to support about it again.

Whenever I've had that problem it was from zeroing the tool bits in different locations.

That is what Axiom told me too. I am going to start programming off the bottom of the work piece so that I can always use the exact same spot of the spoil board to set the height.
