I haven't machined this yet but it should work. It uses 1" MDF which is 36" x 50" as the basis. You can decide how many you want to do and just cut it in 4 passes. For example there are two narrow outter boards and 5 narrow inner boards. You could just do the left small board and 3 of the wider ones which would be less than 24" wide on an AR8. Then you just have to move it down by however much you decide to tile it. The way I do it is I have the far left boundary marked on my existing spoiler board and the absolute x/y point of zero. I just make a mark the width of my tile say 24" as well then move that mark down on the same line to the x/y again. However you tile it should work fine. The VCarve file is in the zip as it exceeds the upload limits. The different parts are the profiles and the large holes and the small holes. They are each on a layer and have different toolpaths. You should be able to cut this with a 1/2 end mill and a 1/8 end mill. Alternative you could change the profiles to drill and just use bits whatever you like. Attachments:
