hello on my Pro v5 AR6 the bit is starting to cut before the spindle reaches full speed anyone else have this problem

How long is the spin up time?
What is the setting in the controller?
Is this something new or been an ongoing thing?
Is this a new machine that you just started using?
A little more info might help find the problem quicker.

It sounds like you have disabled the "count down" time for the spindle startup. Go into the Menu setup and go to Machine Setup>Spindle Delay  |
