x-axis not "homing" correctly

I believe my proximity switch may have gone out on the x-axis. When "homing" all three axis the y and z work correctly. When the x gets to where it should stop, the spindle carriage goes to far and hear the motor start grinding.

I've double checked that the proximity switch is close to the sensor and I moved it closer without success.

I do not see a light on the proximity switch.

Any ideas?
