Axiom Pro v5- X, Y, Z All Grinding on home

Hi All,

Been using this machine for over a year with little to no issues (controller stuck on boot, etc).

Last week when i turned the machine on and did All Axis home, all positions seems to be out of wack. Z, Y and Z all grind. I do see the limit switches lit up etc.

Table size looks correct. If i run the Z and Y axis to the end of the table they only get about half way before stopping. Its almost like the limits are half way out of sync.





Has anyone ran into this before? I reloaded fw 2x, cleaned everything etc as mentioned in other posts... still no luck

Self resolved, the Y limit switch was tilted a little. Straightened and tightened, all good now.

It sounded like the stepping motors were not triggering the limit switches and running into the hard stop and the stepping motor was skipping (ie pulse was received but motor not moving) . Not sure why the Z and X would do it if just the Y limit switch was tilted.
