For the past couple days, the X Axis ball screw on my Axiom AR8 Pro V5 has begun making a noise that it hadn't before. I've done my best to keep the mechanism lubricated with light machine oil, and there have been no precipitating events which could account for this rather sudden change. (See attached video for a sense of what's going on. The sound's not the best, but it should be clear that something's amiss.) Any Ideas what could be causing this? A light oil is good daily maintenance, but from time to time you need to do a deeper lube. Have you done one recently?
See this video for a how to:

You might need to loosen off the bearing for the X-axis, and readjust it. Sometimes after I do the 500hr clean (after about 5000 hrs.....), I have to go back and adjust it since I over-tightened it after greasing and cleaning.
