Im trying to get my Iconic 8 machine i just purchased up and running but there is no file on the controller for doing the spoil board prep. it shows under "recent files" but not on the internal directory. Does anyone have a copy they can share? I sent them an email earlier but still havent heard anything back. Would love to get this running tonight.

Sorry, but it looks like its getting late and if you haven't already gotten a copy, you may be out of luck. I have the one for the AR8 Pro V5 which I am somewhat thinking it may be the same as the Iconic but not really sure. However, since I had never done it before I went to the manual, thinking I could copy it to the stick and then share it with you....however according to what the manual is saying, you can only copy from the USB disk to the internal memory and not the other way around. So although I have it, I can't get a copy of it to share. Been looking on the forum to find where the file has been shared by Axiom but haven't found it yet. BTW, from what I gather and my experience somewhat confirms it, it is better to call tech support rather than email them.
