Axiom Pro AR8 CNC Enclosure Interlock wiring

Hi– I have an axiom AR8, and recently we have installed an enclosure as it is used with high school students. In addition to activating the Estop when the doors are open, the enclosure has an interlock feature, meaning that when it is supplied with 24V it will lock the doors to the enclosure. The intended logic is that the doors are unable to be opened while reset is inactive. 

However, as the machine is currently wired, whenever the machine is turned on 24v is supplied to the interlocks, locking the doors. I am unsure of how to wire the power supply to the interlocks, such that 24V is only supplied when reset is inactive. Any suggestions? 

I have attached an image of where the door interlock is powered, where the e-stop goes and where both are grounded. I am not at all familiar with the wiring of CNC routers but this is what I understand from some looking around.

You should talk to Axiom support. There is one wire that feeds their laser safety device that isn't really documented. They will probably be able to talk you through this.
