I know there is a tool path for surfacing the spoiler board. Is there a vcarve project for creating new spoiler boards for the A$8?

No, You wouldn't be able to use the machine to cut new spoil board strips. The strips need to be slightly larger than the working capacity of the machine, and there is some difficulty involved when trying to get the bit to operate just outside a profile line that sits against its limit.
The best suggestion is to just rip down a set of strips out of 1" thick MDF, to the correct size on a table saw.
You can also remove the old strips and use them as a template for hole placement.

For those of us that are lazy or don't have such equipment on hand, is there any chance that replacement spoil boards will be made available for sale through the website? I would absolutely buy replacements if they were available.

I don't see the problem with creating a project to create the spoiler boards. Yes it is larger than the area that you can machine which just means the project has to be tiled. I was just looking for a shortcut to do it. Seems like you could create the project, tile it in two parts, and load it up and cut it from one inch MDF. Am I missing something, it is just a bunch of strips with radius on the corner and drilled holes to attach to the machine surface. I wanted to do mine to not only create new ones but put some bench dog holes in places to use my existing benchdogs for hold downs.

Tiling is an option, as long as there is a reference so that everything lines up.

Where are you guys finding 1" MDF? Local, or ordering it? I don't seem to find it anywhere locally.

1" MDF is commonly found at local hardwood suppliers in our area. However, it may not be as easily found at big box stores.

It doesn't have to be 1" thick, you could use 1/2" or 3/4" or even put multiple layers. For example you could put 1/2" as a permanent layer and then two more 1/2" layers on top of that set up as a vacuum table or even use the permanent layer as the bottom half so the total vacuum table is only 1".
