There's not much information here. Is the gantry moving without the spindle spinning, or the program doesn't run at all? Did you try to vary the spindle speed with the VFD knob? Can you upload the file you loaded to run the program?

AR16 RPM 19,000 NOTHING BROKEN INSIDE or stuck. if you spin it with your hand it turns freely. the gantry is moving. its wanting to cut and runs the entire cut but bit will not spin.

Is this your first time using this machine? Have you been running similar projects with no problems?

Another issue... is this a new machine? Has it ever worked or are you just now starting out. I would double check the connectors that go to the back of the machine and plug in, just to make sure. Probably, I would unplug them and plug them back in. It sounds like the spindle driver system may have a problem, like the controller not working, power supply down or something similar. If it has never worked I would call Axiom tech support, but even if it has worked, after I checked the connectors on the back of the bed, I would call them. They are excellent at diagnosing the problem. I'm not sure if the little remote control for the spindle speed could keep it from getting the command to run... so possibility of being unplug or defective... or a setting on the front panel may have inadvertently gotten change (not sure if there is one that could do that). Bottom line, I would call Tech Support for a quick diagnosis. Another thought... where did you set the speed at 19000? I'm sure you know that the software doesn't control the speed.... the spindle driver does. Display should be reading 19000. Mine flashed between 18.000 and 00.000. I guess the panel display can actually turn off the spindle controller if the power button is pressed. I never have touched mine other than the knob to adjust the RPM

I am having similar issue. Even though the controller counts down to spindle starting, the spindle will not spin and the gantry moves like its running the code. I find that I have to now manually push the finger pointing button on the VFD, turn the knob to set RPM (hard to read on the VFD control face) and press the green square button. I happened to just stumble upon this work around. I'm still scratching my head why the sudden change on my machine?

How about the On/Off button on the pendant? I think yours may have a Spindle button.
