I honestly have no idea what to label my problem as.... So, a few months back, I went to fire up my Iconic 8 and the Richauto b11 controller had no screen. Sent it off to axiom tool group to fix, when i got it back. All I did was hooked it up, turned on my machine. Controller came on, great! Homed my machine, Great! Then I went to it the other day to run a test file for a new spoil board I'm doing, and I homed it. It was already homed from the previous homing, so I hooked up my touch off puck and the spindle only came down, maybe and I mean maybe halfway and limited out. Strange?! tried it again, same thing. Start messing with my controller, limits were at 600mm, 1200mm, and I forgot what the z axis was set to. But it was all set to factory specs, and I'm thinking weird. I manually jogged the z down, only goes about halfway. Weird! So, I tried my X axis, just under halfway and stops at "600mm". even though it was closer to 300-350mm. As a test I upped the x,y,z axis significantly enough to manually jog every point to its max. set it all up to that. In the controller it ended up being like, 1900 mm for x, 6000 for y, and 400 for z. To further my test, I zeroed my bit, ran my test. And my holes that were supposed to be 1.88 inches apart, were about 5/8ths apart. So, even though my controllers' limits were correct for my table, it's like as if they programmed 1mm to equal a half or less than a mm. Have yet to get a hold of someone over the phone, not giving up. But has anyone come across this personally themselves?
