This is the error I'm getting...
"Alarm
User has pressed emergency key, system locking
Information
The emergency signal may cause the stepper motor lose step, recommend return to z."
I didn't hit the emergency button.
This error is coming up randomly during a project. Sometimes at the start.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Thanks It seems like you're experiencing an error message indicating an emergency stop, even though you haven't pressed the emergency button yourself. This issue occurring randomly during a project could be concerning. Check the emergency button for any malfunctions, inspect wiring and connections, review software settings, and consider updating firmware or software. If the problem persists, consult technical support or online forums for assistance. Additionally, considering the Monport laser as an alternative solution might be beneficial due to its reputation for being easy to use, high quality, and affordable.
