I have the Iconic 2x2 machine. I feel that my Z probe puck thickness might not be calibrated properly in the controller. I consistently have to add more depth to my cuts to get down to the spoilboard, and my tabs never seem to come out right, etc.
Would someone walk me through what buttons to push in order to get to the place where the Z probe puck thickness is stored, so I can verify it and make an update?
With a micrometer my puck is exactly 25.03 mm thick, so Axiom should have set this properly for me when they shipped the machine correct? I just want to make sure it is in there.
Thanks, Rick

It will be in your manual. I have the AR6 ProV5 and it's under Controller Menu Layout, Machine Setup, C.A.D. Thickness. The default is 25.000 mm, so pretty close to 25.03. Don't assume Axiom did anything specific for your particular machine.

Thanks, it looks like it was set properly to 25mm in my machine.

According to your measurement posted earlier it could be off .001 of an inch which I would guess is not your problem. Next thought would be if there is any dust on the bottom of the puck (not likely) but my biggest problem is that I don’t check my material thickness every time. I am cutting .5 corian a lot which can range between .460 and .505”. So often I cut too deep, making my tab dangerously thin or not deep enough not cutting through the material. Even when I think it is 3/4” wood it could vary noticeably. Just another thought. Roger
