Drilled 3 holes and on the 4th one stopped and alamered. Feels like ball screw is shot. Can barely turn by hand and of course can not get service to call back. Beginning to think this Axiom was a bad choice.

Why does this Gerry guy like calling people useless trolls. Axiom machines are like little toys compared to a high quality machine like a ShopSabre 23. I have both. An Axiom and a ShopSabre 23. My Axiom is only relegated to small jobs. Maybe Gerry should actually open his eyes.

Hey if you need help with your Axiom feel free to contact me. I’ve had numerous issues with my Axiom and Chad has helped out tremendously. But I’ve figured out the majority myself. I’ve had loose couplings, stripped capscrews, and numerous other issues. Supposed senior member Gerry unfortunately doesn’t know very much other than bully members on this forum. Calls users trolls and such. Maybe you did use a to high of feed rate but things like that happen. I know for a fact I can’t run my Axiom nearly as fast as my ShopSabre. I can easily run a 1 1/2” ballnose bit at 200 ipm with no issues at all with my ShopSabre. But if you listen to old wise one Gerry that knows everything he just calls you a troll because he really doesn’t know the answers. Now I suppose Gerry will call me a troll too also but I really don’t care.

Hey Gerry. Maybe you should actually grow a brain. Unfortunately there are to many small people like you in this world. All they can do is call people names because that’s how smart they are. I never called you an Asshole like you are calling me. I’m just stating a fact about 2 different machines. But I’m willing to help the guy out instead of calling them names. I’m not saying the Axiom is a bad machine just not built as strong as the ShopSabre. I for one proudly stand behind American built versus an import. Then again you probably didn’t do your research as I have. I for one would absolutely love to meet you in person. Then try and call me an asshole. Also I thought this forum isn’t for calling other users names.

I don't know why I am even posting a reply to your rant, but it is really irritating. Your primary purpose in these 8 posts that you have made is to insult everyone else and to continue to beat a horse that is already dead and to brag on your ShopSabre and run down the Axiom. The original poster with the alleged problem more than likely doesn't even own an Axiom. He signed up to the forum 3 days before making that post, and has never posted another thing.... not even an explanation of what is going on and what his real problem is.. just a quick "bitch" about the mistake he made buying an Axiom. He is not looking for help OR answers. Gerry, being experienced in forums such as this was quick to see it and called him out on his BS. You love your ShopSabre and in your opinion it is the more superior machine and your choice to use. Great, opinions are like assholes... everyone has one. Your's is no more or less valid than mine or anyone else's. I respect your opinion, but that said you are on the wrong forum. You should be on the ShopSabre forum helping people with ShopSabre, and not on the Axiom forum running down Axiom. I don't care if you think my choice of Axiom was a bad one, I just want help with problems I'm unable to see myself. Quite honestly, I think Gerry's call on Buck1 as a troll was an accurate one since he never made any attempt to explain his situation and work on a solution. And after your 8 post, I think his call on you is more than likely accurate also. I've seen some of your other posts... you are clearly a ShopSabre supporter and fan which is fine. I know nothing about it but know emotional inadequacies in people's personality and clearly you have issues. Or maybe you just want to get your post numbers up so you can be labeled a "Senior Member" LOL Hopefully, you will just go away on your own, although I know you don't yet have your feeling of fulfillment yet and will probably have to be censored by a moderator at some point. That being said, you are the perfect person for the ShopSabre forum. But at least respect this forum enough to stop posting endless replies to a poster that is long gone. I wouldn't even have a problem believing that you are the "Buck1" person that made the original post. You exhibit the key qualities that most regard as being labeled a troll. Don't know why I even gave your the dignity of posting on your rant.

I unfortunately made the mistake of buying the Axiom before I smartened up and bought the ShopSabre. MADE IN AMERICA! I was gonna buy the Elite AR8 but since it to has the speed control for the spindle mounted on the control box I felt it was a joke. I even contacted Axiom to verify this. At least open your eyes and buy the I2R machine which is made in the same factory as Axiom but uses an PC to run the program instead of a control pendant which is exorbitantly overpriced. Unfortunately you small minded users don’t understand this. The ShopSabre forum isn’t loaded with users having issues like the Axioms do. Then again I know and with all of Gerry’s posts can’t understand this. All this started was when Gerry called the original post guy a useless troll. Have fun kiddies.

Yet here you are, you haven’t “smartened up” enough to realize that you are on the wrong forum achieve anything positive. What you say “started” was all over before you ever made your first post on this thread. You haven’t smartened up enough to realize that wasn’t a poster that was looking for help. Yes, you ARE nothing but a troll, you have demonstrated that to everyone clearly at this point. Now the only question remains is, are you smart enough to go to the forum for the machine that you like or if you want to be immature enough to stay here and insult everyone who has stood up to your childishness? My guess is that you are not but I do know you have wasted the last bit of my time. I’m blocking you and all of your posts.
