My robotics teams' AR8 Pro has recently starting having problems with alignment, and it seems like that the X zero is drifting in between toolpaths. My drilling toolpaths will run in the right position, but my pocketing toolpath will be offset slightly, or vice versa, ruining the part. The problem is intermittent, not happening on every job, but it seems to be happening more frequently as time goes on. I attached a couple images of what it's doing for reference.

I would suggest slowing it down. If that's aluminum it could be you are asking it to take too deep a cut. The axis bogs down and while the controller told it move "X" distance, it simply couldn't due to lack of horsepower/physics, but it THINKS it did so it just keeps cutting, but offset.
