Friend was doing a remodel and calls me with "Hey, I have some 1x6 baseboards in Mahogany. Want them?" Duh - yes please. Been looking for a project when it struck me that I've always wanted a propeller for my office. The bed of my machine is 38" so let's go for it. Furthermore, it's a softwood and I have a new 1/2" em so let's see that this thing can do. I am happy to report 3/6" deep rough cut passes at 4000 mm/min cut beautifully! Anyway, this is a two sided carve of a model I purchased and modified in Vectric Aspire. Will put a dark cherry stain/poly on it. 47x 5.25x1.5. 1/4" BN 8% for finish pass. Very little sanding required.
