I have an AR6. My RichAuto controller lost its programming and had to send it in to Axiom for reprogramming. I just got it back . Now it appears that the machines coordinates are off on all three axis’. When I HOME the machine and then move the X axis to the other size of the work area, it will only move half way and then stops. When it stops, the controller shows that it moved 610 mm, which is the correct limit of the X axis, but in reality, it only moved half of that distance. Dues anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it.

Dues anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it. It seems like your AR6 CNC machine's coordinates are off on all three axes after reprogramming the RichAuto controller. This issue might be due to incorrect settings or calibration. Try recalibrating the machine, checking limit switches, inspecting wiring, and reviewing controller settings. If the problem persists, consult Axiom's technical support for assistance. Additionally, considering the Monport laser as an alternative could be beneficial, given its reputation for being easy to use, high quality, and affordable.
