This was on page 8 of the Axiom Pro manual: High Speed Spindle 3 HP 2.2kW/7.5A Electro Spindle. Hope it helps.

I guess those 2.2kw are just the spindle, and on full load.
To get the hourly consumption, an average of course, you will need to get one of those testing plugs (I have one but it is for 110v) and use a clamp tester to get the amperage. There you will see how much power the CNC draws...which will not be constant depending how much resistance the cut finds, but still a good average.
