While installing the stepper motor, I found a Green and Yellow wire with a ring connector. The wire has a label with the letters "PE". Does anyone know where this wire should be properly connected? I'm guessing that it is a grounding wire that might go on one of the cap-screws. There's no mention of it in the manual nor in any of the assembly videos that I've watched. Attachments:

The most accurate solution is to contact Axiom directly. This may not be the answer you wanted, but it's the safest. Bob

Thanks Bob. I did contact Axiom but I probably won't get a reply for several days since this is a holiday weekend. I'm hoping that another member may have already done that and would be able to provide me with an answer sooner.

I assembled my AR8 Pro V5 this past week, I had the same question but I installed it on the cap screw because I couldn't find a more logical connection and it didn't make sense to leave it flapping in the breeze under the cover. Curious to find out if my logic failed me.

clogan, Thanks for your reply! I did the same thing as you did. Here's what I received from Axiom Tech Support this morning:
Dave, The wire in your picture is a ground wire and will need to be attached to one of the cap screws securing the stepper motor in place. Hope this information was helpful. Regards, Austin
I'm glad we guessed correctly!
BTW, did you get the Overarm Dust System, and if so, do you have any tips for how to get the vertical tube and the 90-deg tube to fit together?
