Tossing the idea around in my head about selling my Axiom Precision AR8 for a while now.... I have been way too busy with my full time career the last year and have barely used it since. I purchased it and made some pretty fun projects the last 3-4 years but with the lack of time lately I feel like it is a waste just sitting there taking up half of my garage. I will definitely get back into it once I have more time but that won't be for another 6+ years from now when I retire from the field that I am currently in.
Has anyone had any luck on here selling their machines? Only seen one post when searching and it seemed to sell quickly. What's the going rate for a used machine in good shape?

I suppose it depends on where you are located, for both the local market and also other factors (ie located in Canada, UK, Australia, etc).
I have heard that 50%-60% of the price paid is the average rate for CNC machines. I'm also toying with selling my secondary machine (AR4, as I purchased an AR8 afterwards), so I would also like to get some input on this.
I have really only seen 2 types of CNC machines sold on local marketplace listings and that's the kit (ShapeOko2, etc) models (likely because they are upgrading) and industrial machines (I live near industrial parks). I think these (Axiom) machines would fall into the pro-sumer market (in between consumer and professional markets), so that's a pretty small crowd.
It might be an idea to look locally for a makerspace, or if there are any woodworking clubs that utilize CNC routers (locally there is a woodturners club that has an offshoot for CNC router users), as they would be a good target audience, and a posting on their bulletin board (physical and virtual, such as FB page) might yield better results than in a generic marketplace listing.
