Hello,
I know this problem requires a file to fix it. But can anyone share their file with me. I have the Axiom flat bed 2 x 4 feet the 2015 Version.
I emailed axiom but no response so far. But even if I get the file, how do I get it on if its stuck on 46%. I need some help here please.
Thanks

The controller has a USB cable connection on it. You remove the controller from the CNC and connect it to your PC. You can the copy from the PC to the controller. You MUST get this file from Axiom, because there are many variations.
Your handset controller cable pins may be dirty or oxidized. Unscrew both ends and disconnect/reconnect the cable connections. Sometimes this will solve the problem.

Thanks Gerry,
What can I use to clean the pins. I have WD40. Is that ok or should I used a plastic bristle brush?
I would like to know what is the best option should in case I use the wrong stuff.

Just removing/replacing the connections is almost always enough to clean light oxidation. I usually plug/unplug the connections 2-3 times. Anything more requires a GOOD electronics cleaner (I use CRC QD Electronic Cleaner) used SPARINGLY WITH ALL THE POWER UNPLUGGED. CAUTION: If you do this with power in the lines, you could fry some electronics.
