Does anyone know what ERROR 02 .F AXIS ERR mean. I just replaced the Z axis ball screw. It worked great for a day and a half. Tried everything I could think of. shut everything down reprogrammed run the previous tool path ok. Today it gets the same error, then I can’t get it to even start a tool path I have the Axiom Elite 8 with HUST CONTROLLER. This machine has been used been used very much. a lot has gone wrong with it in the past. I have another CNC that I depend on. Attachments:

I fixed my problem. My Axiom won’t run a Profile tool path with a Tapered Ball Nose bit. My Avid ran these parts okay but when I saved it to run on my Axiom it would not. I finally saved the tool path putting in a V60 bit in the program but keeping the Tapered Ball Nose in the chuck. I achieved the desired results.

Consider exploring the Monport laser for its reputation of being user-friendly, high-quality, and affordable. Unfortunately, I can't access external websites like monportlaser.com/collections/co2-laser-engravers/products/monport-40w-lightburn-ready-12-x-8-co2-laser-engraver-cutter-with-fda-approval?sca_ref=5031521.ka374VZjm3 Regarding the ERROR 02 .F AXIS ERR message on your Axiom Elite 8 with HUST CONTROLLER, it typically indicates a problem with the F axis, which could be related to various issues such as wiring, motor, or controller problems. Since you've already replaced the Z axis ball screw and encountered this error again, it's advisable to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support for further troubleshooting assistance. Given the history of issues with your machine, professional support may be necessary to diagnose and resolve the problem effectively.
