I recently ran into a problem when the fan on my 4.2W Laser Shroud would come on intermittently. Not a great time for a failure as I had a bunch of work going on. Jay very promptly answered my request for help and we narrowed down, then isolated the problem (a broken wire going to the shroud). Since I didn't feel up to re-wiring the Molex connector I shipped the unit back to JTech. They (Shane) received it on a Monday, fixed it, bench tested it and shipped it back the next day. I felt like it was my own little company.
Jay has also been helpful answering general questions about the unit. Again, very prompt and direct, helpful advice.
