Carve recess, flood with epoxy, wait a day, repeat with next color. Here's a photo just before flooding with black.  The only way this is practical is through a positioning jig so you can carve a few, remove them from the machine for epoxy work and freeing it up for other things, and then replace them again for further operations.  |
