Any ideas as to what is causing this? it at 4 places on a 10'' circle. Its seems to be where the drives reverses direction. .875 Thick Cherry. Cut with 1/4'' Endmill 15000 RPM 40 IPM feed rate. .08'' per pass.

What do you mean by 'drives reverses directions'?
Are you just cutting out the circle with the 1/4 inch mill in the wood? Normally I'd do most of the cut with the 1/4 inch mill, then take a final passing cut to clean up the inside (or outside). So the final width of the cut might be 0.255 inches. I wouldn't expect a smooth cut with 1/4 inch in its own path. But your cut does seem to be a lot worse than I'd expect to see.

First: Did you set the 3D preview screen to a higher resolution? Then zoom in close. Preview rough=design problem. Preview smooth=machining problem. Second: Check your drawing with the node editing tool. Zoom in real close here too. Lots of crooked segments=crooked cut. Third: Post your crv file here. More people checking it=faster diagnosis of design problems, if any.
