Hello, Iam a owner of a axiom Ar16 for 2 years. I had some accuracy issues in question 6 months into owning. The problem never really was solved and parts were replaced through a long exchange of emails (150 plus) were the machine wasn’t usable. It was a very long process of axiom reaching out to supplier for suggestions after a number options tried.
I’m not here to negatively bash axiom, but I’ll say that Barry BGprecision and Rory Stoney CNC have helped 10 fold in getting the machine moving again after 5 months of no progress. The amount of knowledge these two individuals have is remarkable. Barry remotely auto tuned my machine live with me, even tuned other axis beyond factory settings. Months of trial and error was erased in 2 to 3 hours With these guys. Servo based machines are supposed to be more industrial but are also finicky when it comes to performing right. So if your in a spot of frustration with your machine maybe give these guys a look. Rory at stoneycnc.uk Barry with BGprecision
I wouldn’t hesitate to asked these guys technical questions.
