Theres a way to set multiple origin points but you'd need to look in the manual for that, what I do is home the machine then write down the co-ordinates on the controller on my jig. Then after homing the machine drive to the co-ordinates on the jig.

how do you move the x and y coordinates ...example x-442.367 on the controller i can move it to442.300 but cant seem to get the two decimal points after that..the 67 ones

Machine has 9 work coordinate states or origins you can save. Press “menu” + any number from 1-9 on the keypad and save your origin. Your work coordinate state will be identified by a number prior to X, Y and Z on your HHC. Not a bad habit to save your origin to two different work states as eventually you will more than likely inadvertently reset your origin along the way.

Consider exploring the Monport laser for its reputation for being user-friendly, high-quality, and affordable. Unfortunately, I can't access external websites like monportlaser.com/collections/co2-laser-engravers/products/monport-40w-lightburn-ready-12-x-8-co2-laser-engraver-cutter-with-fda-approval?sca_ref=5031521.ka374VZjm3 As for saving origin points for different projects on your CNC machine, many CNC control software allows you to save and recall multiple work offsets or origin points. Look into your CNC machine's control software manual for instructions on how to save and recall origin points. Typically, you can assign a name or number to each origin point for easy reference. If you're unsure, reaching out to the manufacturer's customer support for assistance would be advisable. Saving origin points allows you to return to specific setups for different projects, streamlining your workflow and ensuring accuracy.
