During tool change, directly after my machine asks if the indexing button is clean, it attempts to make a macro movement along the Z-axis towards the indexing button, but instead does not move, and makes a loud noise. It then beings to make a micro movement towards the indexing button until it stops and delivers an error message. I will include a link to a video of the process and sound I am referring to:

You can hear the sound at the very beginning of the video, although that appears to have stopped happening since. You can see and hear the issue approximately 7 seconds into the video as it begins to lower itself towards the indexing button. I have checked the wiring on the button, and to the best of my knowledge (which admittedly is not a lot when it comes to electrical) everything seems connected fine. I tried swapping the z-axis limit switches, but this did not fix the issue either. I can manually jog the machine to the upper and lower limit switches, so there is not issue there. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
