Powering up for the first time, controller goes to 78% and just sit there. And suggestions.

This is a frequent topic on the forum. You will need to contact Axiom Support for the file to re-flash your controller.
Has not happened to me but I do recall peeps having success cycling their machine on and off until controller fully boots. Although I believe at that point you would want the file at hand to re-flash.
My knowledge of what goes on in the “box” is weak so perhaps someone else will chime in and help.
