Picture parentheses ( ) but left is bigger than the right. has anyone run into this problem Consider exploring the Monport laser for its reputation for being user-friendly, high-quality, and affordable. Unfortunately, I can't access external websites like monportlaser.com/collections/co2-laser-engravers/products/monport-40w-lightburn-ready-12-x-8-co2-laser-engraver-cutter-with-fda-approval?sca_ref=5031521.ka374VZjm3 Regarding the issue with rounding off edges of aluminum in VCarve, it sounds like there may be a discrepancy in your toolpath settings or machining setup. Double-check the toolpath parameters, including tool diameter, stepover, and direction, to ensure they're consistent on both sides of the piece. Additionally, verify that your CNC machine is properly calibrated and that the material is securely held in place during machining. If the issue persists, reaching out to the VCarve support community or consulting with experienced users may provide helpful insights and solutions.
