Hi All,
I am a new user of an Axiom AR8 and I would appreciate some advice and people's opinion of the GWizard Program. I can see the use and application but having never used it I am am wondering if the cost of the program is worth the investment?
Regards,
Sonny

Personally, I love it. I used my Axiom machine for two years before deciding to give it a shot and I regret that it took me so long to try it (they have a free trial).
Guessing feeds and speeds for different materials is very difficult and often counter-intuitive for people who are new to CNC machining. Gwizard gave me some good starting options that were safe and worked well and allowed me to fine-tune for better performance whenever I needed it.
I'm not sure if there are similar products to Gwizard (I haven't bothered to look because Gwizard does everything I need it to), but there may be some with a cleaner user interface.
Either way, it has absolutely saved me (someone who had zero experience with CNC machining before my Axiom purchase) its dollar amount in time/tools saved.
I would highly recommend it (or something like it if others exist) - especially if you don't have much experience with CNC machining.
