Ran over 100 balusters for a customer. No problems. Today I have to start on a few menu boards. Homed machine and went to move the spindle to align the work piece and Y axis zips along as usual. X axis is so slow that you have to concentrate to see if it's even moving. Took the cover off, checked connections, restarted machine and the same crap.
Help!
Never mind. Called Chad and he had me up and running in less than a minute.

So TELL US WHAT HAPPENED so if it happens to us we can fix it!

The controller likely had the wrong speed cap set for some reason. I had a similar issue a while back and they just had me adjust my speeds in the controller and all was well.
