I changed out the lines for my coolant today and replaced them with new lines. I also put in the silver coil to hopefully prevent future discoloration. I also put in a little flow indicator just to see how it would work. It worked for a second but then I stopped the spindle to shorten the hose so it would fit in the spot now it doesnt move at all. Not sure of the problem? I thought maybe it was an air lock so I did what another user suggested and dropped the spindle and rolled it. Any thoughts? I will call support tomorrow if I don't figure it out. Attachments:

Gene, The line may be kinked. Do a careful check of the lines to check for any sharp bends. I also tried silicone tubes in my system, but found that they kinked above where they attached to the spindle. Bob

The problem was that some trash got stuck in the propeller of the tank. A simple tap on the side of the tank as suggested by Chad cleared it up. He said that a lot of times that may be the problem and that people replace the pump sometimes when it is not needed.
