Hello: My XMAS 2019 machine seems to have sprung a Leak in the little squarish Coolant pump that came with the unit - Just a week before I was going to start using it. Spoke with Chad, so now I have spend the money to upgrade to the 'current' Barrel shaped pump that comes on all the newer AR CNC machines.
However, I received the pump with no directions, and I am not sure if the "3" connectors (old Pump only has "2"?): 1) Are they facing the right direction as they are Tight where they are (or where they pointing this way to just fit in the little box it came in)? 2) Which connectors go to what as they are now not all the same size? 3) For the smaller connector - do I now need to buy an "adapter" and a short length of smaller hose to make the connection on that one?
I have no pictures of what it is suppose to look like once installed, and our forum seems a little 'lite' on information concerning this topic. I left Chad a message, but figured I'd give the forum a try too. Any help (Pics)... would be greatly appreciated. I bought the machine over a year ago, and now that I am retired, I'm really chomping at the BIT (pun intended) to get started with it. Thank you in advance. Old One:

There's a pretty good picture of the new pump on the Axiom main page. Scroll down to "onboard cooling system".

Thanks PieMan - that helps. I wonder why there are "2" screws on the top? Is one maybe for filling and the other to release Air.. Wish there was some documentation on this thing? Will have to investigate more on U-Tube maybe. (The Above mentioned Pic.) www.axiomprecision.com/img/advantage/coolantsystemV52.jpg

Moving right alone: New Pump looks to have fit just fine in the spot the old one occupied before. . (NOTE: That one Block connection swings pretty easily..I hope it won't leak?)
However, now I have another question - I.E. Concerning the fact that the Old Pump had a '3-Prong' connection for power... and this New Pump looks to have a '4-Prong' connection? Not sure how to proceed again, so I'll need to see if I can get in touch with ether Chad or Austin on Monday before going any future.

Hello, I am in the same boat (AR6 Pro pump is leaking). I would like to know how to get the upgrade pump and how to retrofit it. Thanks!

These new pumps can be retrofitted onto any one the older Pro and Pro+ machines that used the square style SC-300T pump....but they come at a far higher price point.
Pump with fittings and flush valve retail for nearly $200 versus the approx. $23 for replacement SC-300T models on Amazon.
Additionally, the recently used square style pumps used a 3-pin connector which matched the 3-pin in the machine wire harness.
This new pump uses a similar connector which unfortunately features 4-pins. So when installing, its best to simply align it all the way to one side and test it....if the pump does not activate, then simply pull the connection apart and slide it over one pin.

This is my pump reservoir, luckily I checked. Now I have to find the spare part (Italy) I don't want to replace the whole pump.

Solved by dismantling the broken glass. The pump has a 1/4 threaded hole. I used a 1/4-1/4 fitting and screwed on the new glass found on Amazon. It's a little smaller but it works great. Request for those of AXIOM.....a video where you show the replacement of the fluid would be very helpful. Thank you

Just curious, but what happened to your reservoir that broke it? Seems like it is out of the way and would be hard to be damaged.
