The primary use of this forum will be for customers using RichAuto DSP controllers.
While the UCCNC machines may feature the Axiom label...its a case of the machine itself being produced by us, and what is essentially a dealer...specifying their own UCCNC controls.
Axiom Tool Group, covers North America and supplies only RichAuto DSP controls. We will not be able to provide any support on the UCCNC controls...you will need to reach out to the supplier that you had purchased the machine through.
The issue that you are experiencing could be as simple as bit deflection, resulting from climb versus conventional cutting...and bit setup (speeds etc.).
Alternatively, it could also be sure to the gantry and table not being perfectly square to one another.
This can be adjusted by loosening and moving certain components....
A simple test is often to cut a two squares out of the same material (maybe 6")...Mark each square with an arrow so you know how they are oriented on the machine...
Stack them on top of each other and the squares should match up exactly.
Then rotate one square 90 deg...it should match up exactly still. (minus any acceptable bit deflection).
If the rotated square do not line up well, the gantry may need to be adjusted.
*I would suggest using something like masonite or MDF....plywood tends to have a fuzzy edge in places which may make it look like its not matching well.
