I'm trying to surface a new AR6. After I home the machine i set my X/Y zero at the home position. Then lower the spindle and set Z on the spoil board. When i run the internal spoil board routine, the machine goes all the way to +X and crashes/stalls the stepper. Doesn't seem right so I immediately crash out of the job. What's going on here? I can't find an X axis position sensor so I'm assuming there is a software stop set? My machine doesn't stop when moving +X and crashes at the hard stop.

Hey, Kev,
It sounds like the position of your x proximity switch tab has moved and needs to be repositioned. This is the silver L-bracket mounted on your x-axis. If it is colliding with the right gantry leg, this is a sign that the tab needs to move to the left.
This can be solved with a simple phone call with our support team. (844) 642-4902. The team will need to know if your machine is an Iconic AR6 or Pro AR6.
