I’m having a heck of a time getting the finish tool path to complete a carve. Everything looks good in VCarve 10.5, yet the item is incomplete when the machine finishes.
Can anyone PLEASE point me in the right direction to get this solved?

No pic here but I did see your pic on Vectric's forum. I will be interested to know why this happened also. Your roughing toolpath appears to be a raster strategy where as the finishing toolpath appears to be an offset strategy. Shouldn't really make a difference but perhaps look in that direction and set the finish strategy to raster, with an appropriate angle, and see if that changes the outcome. Don't know if this would impact your results either but did you change the RT Type parameter in the controller? If not, do a search here as it has been discussed previously.
Unfortunate results considering it looks like a piece of cherry was used. I went thru a bit of construction pine, 2x4's, before I felt confident with the 4th axis, software and my ability.
