 RichAuto buttons are sometimes not responding. I guess the subject kinda says it all. Its about 8 years old and a few buttons need to be pushed several times for the buttons to respond. Is there a way to clean it or  ? Thanks Chris |

Hey, Chrisn, it sounds like the contacts within the buttons have worn. Unfortunately, Axiom no longer has access to inventory/parts to the A11 controller, as it is a discontinued model. The replacement of the controller is available...but it will be expensive. Simply replacing the controller membrane could resolve your issue.
