My texture toolpath didn't include a couple of lines, not sure what happened, can anyone help? Is there a way to step through the g-code to see what the problem is? Any ideas? Attachments:

It's better that you post the Vcarve file. If it won't fit, zip it and put it on Google Drive, Drop Box, etc. and post a link here.
Best guess is that bit is too big for those areas.

I was able to look at the G-Code, it was in there but it didn't complete for some reason. I was able to open the file in notepad and copy/paste into a new file and run just the parts that were missed. These were the last cuts in the file, it didn't complete to the end of the file.

May I ask if you saved the file to the controller or ran it off the usb stick?

When running from the USB...everything from USB connectivity, compatibility (USB2.0 8gb or less, FAT32 format) and run time can become a factor. With USB operations, if the file is going to exceed 45-60 minutes, its often best to run it from internal memory to avoid connection issues.
Dust, debris and how well the pins contact the USB can effect this as well.
As for the USB directly, make sure that it meets the above requirements...it will not hurt to reformat (we do this occasionally just to clean things up).
While some USB3.0 drives have been shown to work, the vast majority of them do not (or do not work consistently) and should be avoided.
