I'm making a pocket knife, and I used the machine to make a wooden prototype beforehand (almost all of the knifemaking is done more or less by hand, but CNC templates certainly help).
I cut the brass portion of the actual knife on the CNC this time because the channel for the lock pin would have been difficult to make otherwise. I used a 3-flute bit designed for aluminum and I spritzed with isopropyl during the cut. Worked.
